New Features
- Security PIN — A PIN protects the sensitive actions: starting or stopping tracking and signing out. It stops anyone from turning off tracking on the phone without authorisation.
- Theme mode: automatic, light or dark — The look used to be fixed. It can now be chosen, and automatic mode follows the phone.
Improvements
- Every permission is explained before it is requested — Location, background location, battery, physical activity and notifications each show a dialog explaining what they are for and what stops working without them, with a reminder if they are declined.
- Notice when the app or the account is deactivated — Instead of sitting on the sign-in screen with no explanation, the app states the actual reason.
