Improvements

• Chat, tasks and photos are enabled per deployment — All three modules can be switched on or off for each installation. In this release they come off by default, so drivers only see the features their company actually uses.
• Stored positions upload sooner — Batched uploads waited for 30 positions to pile up; they now go out every 5. After regaining coverage, the route shows up far more up to date on the platform.
