Improvements
- Automatic theme really follows the phone — Automatic mode did not always react when the phone switched to dark. It now listens for that setting and applies the change immediately, with no restart.
- The events screen now speaks your language — Events always appeared with hard-coded text. Every type is now translated — service started, SOS, check-in, service stopped — along with the date and location labels, so the screen reads just as well in any of the app's languages.
- Manual sync confirms the request — When you force the upload of stored positions, the app confirms the request went through instead of leaving you wondering whether the tap registered.
Fixes
- SOS reaches the server and reports the result — The emergency alert sometimes never showed up on the platform. It is now sent correctly: the app confirms when it goes out, warns if it fails and, when there is still no valid location, says so instead of sending an alert with no coordinates.
- Confirmation when checking in — Registering a check-in gave no visible response, so people tapped it twice.
- No phantom service-stopped event on sign-in — Signing out and back in created a stop event even when tracking had not been running.
- The offline warning also covers tracking already running — If tracking was already on from a previous start, the long-offline warning never appeared. It does now.
