New Features
- Chat with the office — In-app conversation between driver and dispatch, with history, a send-failure warning and its own message when there is no conversation yet.
- Tasks and stops — A list of assigned jobs with their status — new, in progress, completed or failed — priority, stop type (pickup or delivery) and scheduled time. Drivers update them from the phone.
- Digital signature on task completion — The customer signs on the phone screen to close out a delivery, with the option to redo the signature before confirming.
Improvements
- Redesigned sign-in and main screen — Cleaner screens, better contrast in dark mode and larger controls for use while driving.
