App Client versions

The on-screen name changes from GPS Master Client to GPS Master Mobile. Tracking and the rest of the features stay the same.

Instead of only showing whether the service is on or off, the button says Start or Stop and shows a spinner while it starts or stops, so the app no longer looks frozen.

If the map does not appear, the app tells apart a lack of internet from a load error, and in both cases lets you retry.

Spacing and alignment tweaks so buttons and the bottom bar line up properly on small screens.

Events were being saved but the screen could stay blank. They now appear as soon as you open the tab.
