Conditions for using TrackeraX. Common rules apply to both perpetual licenses and subscriptions, according to the contracted scope.

I. Perpetual license and common rules

A perpetual license grants indefinite use of the delivered version on the authorized instance, subject to compliance with the license. It does not by itself include hosting, additional support, future updates, apps, integrations or third-party services. Canceling an update add-on does not terminate an already paid perpetual usage right.

Technical scope of the license

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for one operational instance and the infrastructure and domains authorized in the agreement. Customers may provide GPS services to their users and resellers under their own brand within that instance; this does not authorize supplying software copies or sublicensing installation. Migrations, ownership changes and additional environments require coordination and written authorization. Inactive backups for recovery of the legitimate instance are not a second operational installation; restoration must respect activation and avoid unauthorized parallel instances.

Source code and intellectual property

The license permits execution and authorized customizations; it does not transfer ownership of the product or protected source code. Technical downloads of compiled resources by the browser are part of normal use and do not permit extraction for redistribution of the product, license circumvention or unauthorized installations.

Protected code and customizations

TrackeraX is supplied under a usage license. Its proprietary PHP core is distributed compiled and protected; the interface is delivered as compiled resources for execution in the browser. The license does not include source code for the protected core or the interface source project.

Protected components

PHP core, business logic and encoded files included in the distribution.
License, activation, integrity and update mechanisms.
Compiled interface bundles; receiving them in the browser does not authorize redistribution of the product.

Authorized customizations

Logos, colors, copy and templates through white-label options.
Blade views and global style and script files expressly enabled for customization.
Enabled configuration parameters and management of the instance’s own data, within the contracted permissions.

A readable file or its location in a configuration, public, bootstrap or vendor directory does not authorize modification. Encoded files, bundles and license and integrity controls are always excluded. Third-party components retain their own licenses. The Software License defines the full scope.

Use restrictions

Do not distribute, sell, assign or supply product copies or installers for unauthorized installations.
Do not extract protected source code, decompile proprietary components or bypass activation, except for mandatory legal rights or permissions under third-party licenses.
Do not run clones, parallel instances or deployments on unauthorized infrastructure or domains. Legitimate backups and restorations are governed by this license’s scope.
Do not remove or alter license or integrity controls or rights notices that must be retained.
Do not register or present the base product, its code or brand as your own. Customer customizations and data retain their respective rights.
Documented APIs, authorized automation and white-label services are permitted within the contracted scope and limits.

Non-exclusive license

Every TrackeraX license is non-exclusive. The same base product, its versions and its updates are licensed to multiple customers in different countries, each on its own instance and under its own brand. No licensee may claim exclusivity or authorship of the base product, nor oppose the legitimate use of the software by another licensee.

Previous versions and delivered code

Rights in previous versions and delivered files are determined by the licenses and agreements applicable to their purchase. Delivery of code or installers does not by itself assign rights or grant exclusivity. This publication does not retroactively change rights acquired under earlier agreements.

Ongoing updates

TrackeraX may release security, compatibility and feature updates. Access, installation and support for new versions depend on the contracted update plan or service and applicable legal obligations. A release does not imply free inclusion in every license.

Services and costs not included in the license

Included services are those expressly stated in the accepted quotation. Apps, hosting, additional support, future updates, customizations, integrations and third-party costs are purchased separately when not included. An item already included in the agreed scope is not charged again.

II. Monthly software license

A subscription permits use of the authorized instance during the contracted period and is subject to the same common rules for protection, customization and server access as a perpetual license.

Operation, support and continuity

A subscription permits use during the contracted period. Support, improvements and updates are included only as stated in the accepted plan or quotation. Cancellation and non-payment are governed by the Business Terms.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments, renewal, cancellation, installments and consequences of late payment are governed by the Business Terms. Failure to pay for an add-on does not by itself terminate an already paid perpetual license. Restrictions and remedies for unauthorized use apply to both models, subject to mandatory law.

Additional costs

The monthly license fee does not include new web/app development, redesigns, advanced integrations, complex migrations or out-of-scope support. Extra work is quoted and approved separately.

AI features and third-party components

The software may include AI-assisted features and is developed with AI assistance under human supervision. It integrates open-source components, maps, plugins and third-party services under their own licenses, whose costs and conditions are borne by the licensee. Details are in the Terms of Use and the Intellectual Property policy.

Suspension and termination for breach

Unauthorized distribution, operational cloning, unlawful extraction of protected source code, license circumvention and other material breaches may result in suspension or termination of usage rights, including a perpetual license. TrackeraX will notify the reasons and allow clarification or remedy where possible; it may suspend immediately in cases of fraud, unauthorized copying or urgent security risk. Measures must be limited to the affected installation or service and may be reviewed for detection errors. Payments and data are handled under the Business Terms and law; legitimate customer data may not be deleted as a penalty.

Server access and customer permissions

On VPS instances administered by TrackeraX, customers receive an individual account with the agreed operational permissions for their instance, without root access or general privilege escalation. Enabled tasks, such as service restart or authorized maintenance, and data access are specified at delivery. Shared infrastructure is accessed through the platform unless otherwise agreed in writing. On their own servers, customers retain the administrative powers provided by their infrastructure provider; this does not expand the software license. Operational access, data access or access to browser resources does not authorize extraction of protected source code, bypassing controls or deploying unauthorized copies. Authorized customizations, legitimate backups and restorations permitted by this license and law remain available. Support access is limited to agreed purposes and authorizations.

III. Reporting unauthorized use (piracy)

If you detect unauthorized copies, illegal redistribution, instance cloning or license-mechanism tampering, report it by email with as much technical evidence as possible (domain, IP, screenshots, identifiers and dates).
