This policy defines ownership of TrackeraX assets and clarifies the scope of granted usage rights.
Ownership and scope
The license does not sell or assign the base product. Its owner retains substantiated rights in proprietary developments. Customers retain their data, brands, content and own customizations, and third parties retain rights in their components.
Non-exclusive license and white label
The base product may be licensed to multiple operators. Customers may provide services under their brand within the authorized instance without supplying software installations. Sharing a base product does not permit copying another customer’s brands, data or proprietary developments or imply exclusivity.
Customization and restrictions
Permitted customizations and restrictions on distribution, protected source extraction and operational cloning are governed by the Software License. Legitimate backups, restorations and mandatory rights are preserved. General ideas, GPS functions and lawful independent development are not reserved.
A readable file or its location in a configuration, public, bootstrap or vendor directory does not authorize modification. Encoded files, bundles and license and integrity controls are always excluded. Third-party components retain their own licenses. The Software License defines the full scope.
Software LicenseImprovements and specific commissions
Ownership and use of custom work are set in the relevant proposal or contract. General improvements and reusable components may be incorporated into the product where the agreement permits, without incorporating customer data, brands or confidential information without authorization.
Authorship, registrations and enforcement
Customers may not claim authorship or register the base product, its protected components or others’ trademarks as their own. Customers may protect their own contributions without extending registration to elements they do not own. For improper registration or use, the owner may seek applicable remedies, opposition or cancellation; the competent authority decides whether they apply.
Previous versions
Rights in earlier deliveries are determined by the agreements applicable to them. Receiving code or installers does not by itself assign rights. These terms do not retroactively change express agreements.
Third parties and open source
Third-party components retain their licenses and notices, such as Laravel under MIT. Proprietary product restrictions do not reduce permissions granted under those licenses. Customers must also respect conditions for maps, stores, content and external services they use.
Artificial intelligence assistance
AI tools may be used under human direction and review. Protection of each contribution depends on authorship and legally recognized rights; this disclosure does not grant exclusivity over ideas or guarantee rights in every automated output. Obligations concerning third-party materials remain applicable.
Reports and measures
Report suspected unauthorized copies to admin@trackerax.com with URLs, dates and available evidence lawfully obtained. Reports are reviewed and do not by themselves establish infringement. Contractual measures follow the Software License; legal action is brought before the competent authority.
Confirmations and user content
License confirmations only evidence the contracted relationship, version and scope; they are not ownership opinions against third parties. Complaints about hosted content follow the Terms of Use notice-and-takedown procedure within its applicable scope.
