Jointech JT704A on TrackeraX

The Jointech JT704A is a GPS tracker that works with TrackeraX over the jt600 protocol on port 6014. From the platform it supports engine stop, engine resume and set time zone, plus custom commands. The server decodes 11 alarm types from this protocol, such as fatigue driving, fault and geofence entry.

How to connect it to TrackeraX

1. Insert a SIM card with mobile data and set the APN of your carrier on the device.
2. Set the server to the domain of your TrackeraX platform and the port 6014 (jt600 protocol).
3. Create the device in TrackeraX with its IMEI or identifier and choose the Jointech JT704A model.
4. Wait for the first position and turn the parameters above into sensors and alerts.
